Terms & Conditions of Package :

• The above package is applicable for Malaysian & Singaporean including Permanent Residents and Expatriates and also for Overseas market. Rates for the respective sectors are as shown above.
• Booking made by Expatriates are required to show proof. Show of Names Cards suffice our conditions.
• Please take note that package is inclusive of 2 breakfasts for 2 person and 1 Candlelit Dinner for 2 days. The other meals would be on “free & easy” basis where you may choose from the menu and it is chargeable.
• Rates are quoted nett in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of taxes and service charges.
• For Malaysian & Singaporean market a surcharge of RM80.00 per Suite per night is applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
• For Malaysian & Singaporean market a surcharge of RM160.00 per Suite per night is applicable during Super Peak Period as shown below.
• For Overseas market a surcharge of RM80.00 per Suite per night is applicable from 12 December 2008 to 03 January 2009.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

• For Sunday-Friday - On Low Season
  
  Cancellation of booking shall be made 36 hours before check-in date. Cancellation made less than 36 hours is subject surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. In the event of cancellation made less than 36 hours or in the event of "NO SHOW", we shall charged a one (1) night charges multiply by the number of rooms booked.
  
  
• Saturdays
  
  Cancellation of reservations shall be made 36 hours before check- in date. Cancellation made less than 36 hours is subject to a surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. Reservation may be postponed to another date within 90 days (3 months) from the first reservation date. Postponement of dates must be made not less than 24 hours before the check in date. In the event of cancellation made less than 36 hours or in the event of "NO SHOW", we shall charged a one (1) night charges multiply by the number of rooms reserved.
  
  
• Peak & Super Peak Season - Any day on Public Holiday & Long Weekends (Great Deal Package)
  
  Cancellation of reservations shall be made 8 days before the check-in date. Cancellation made less than 8 days before the check-in date is subject to a surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. Reservations may be postponed to another date within 90 days ( 3 months ) from the first reservation date. Postponement of dates must be made not less than 24 hours before the check in date.
  In the event of cancellation made less than 8 days or in the event of “NO SHOW”, we shall charged the total number of rooms reserved multiply by the total number on nights reserved.

PEAK PERIOD

For Malaysian & Singaporean market a surcharge of RM80.00 per Suite per night is applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
