Terms & Conditions of Package :

• No Peak period surcharge applicable for this package.
• The above package is applicable to locals and worldwide market.
• Additional RM100.00 per couple per way if transfers required from Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
• Please take note that for this package only provide one set lunch and one set dinner for 2 persons are provided under the package. The other meals would be on “free & easy” basis where you may choose from the menu and it is chargeable.
• Rates are quoted nett in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of taxes and service charges.
• No public holidays surcharges are applicable for this package.
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Cancellation made within 8 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a cancellation fees of 50% of the total room/package charges.
Cancellation made within 4 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a cancellation fees of 100% of the total room/package charges.
