Package Includes :

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

•	Rates are quoted in RM Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Rates are quoted ++ subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% Government Tax.
•	Cash Voucher are to be used at any Food & Beverage Outlets, Tours & Recreational Activities, Gift Shop purchases, laundry service and telephone charges for a Single stay not to be carried forward to future stay.
•	50% of unutilized cash voucher value will be refunded back to you upon check out
•	Package available any day of the week strictly subject to availability of rooms
•	Rates for Low Season are not applicable on Peak & Super Peak Period as shown below.
•	Rates for Peak Period are meant during Peak Period dates as shown below.
•	Rates for Super Peak Period are meant during Super Peak Period dates as shown below.
•	Children under the age of 12 years is complimentary if sharing with adults. Extra bed is chargeable at RM35.00 per bed per night.
•	Package not available for group bookings
•	The above package is applicable for Malaysian & Singaporean including Permanent Residents and Expatriates. Documental proof are required. Show of Names Cards suffice our conditions.
•	Rates are quoted with ++ subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

• For Sunday-Friday - On Low Season
  
  Cancellation of booking shall be made 36 hours before check-in date. Cancellation made less than 36 hours is subject surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. In the event of cancellation made less than 36 hours or in the event of "NO SHOW", we shall charged a one (1) night charges multiply by the number of rooms booked.
  
  
• Saturdays
  
  Cancellation of reservations shall be made 36 hours before check- in date. Cancellation made less than 36 hours is subject to a surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. Reservation may be postponed to another date within 90 days (3 months) from the first reservation date. Postponement of dates must be made not less than 24 hours before the check in date. In the event of cancellation made less than 36 hours or in the event of "NO SHOW", we shall charged a one (1) night charges multiply by the number of rooms reserved.
  
  
• Peak & Super Peak Season - Any day on Public Holiday & Long Weekends (Great Deal Package)
  
  Cancellation of reservations shall be made 8 days before the check-in date. Cancellation made less than 8 days before the check-in date is subject to a surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. Reservations may be postponed to another date within 90 days ( 3 months ) from the first reservation date. Postponement of dates must be made not less than 24 hours before the check in date.
  In the event of cancellation made less than 8 days or in the event of “NO SHOW”, we shall charged the total number of rooms reserved multiply by the total number on nights reserved.
