Rates Includes :

•	Rates are quoted for ROOM ONLY exclusive of breakfast.
•	Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit ( MYR)
•	Rates for breakfast are as given below.
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

•	The above rates are applicable for single/double/twin sharing occupancy in apartments as stipulated.
•	The above rates are quoted nett in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of taxes and service charges.
•	The above rates are not subject to any peak period surcharge and are applicable throughout the validity period specified above.
•	Extra Bed which is applicable to Studio only is chargeable at RM35.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•	Extra mattress which are applicable to Tioga, Fresno and Shasta Apartments only is chargeable at RM30.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast.
•	Baby Cot are supplied free-of-charge and are subject to availability.
•	Children below the age of 12 years old (to a maximum of 2) accommodated in the same room with accompanying adults are free of charge without extra bed.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Request for extra bed have to be made prior to check in.
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to be furnished during the confirmation stages. Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

For Sunday-Friday - On Low Season Cancellation of booking shall be made 3 days before check-in date. Cancellation made less than 3 days is subject surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. In the event of cancellation made less than 3 days or in the event of "NO SHOW", we shall charged a one (1) night charges multiply by the number of rooms booked. Saturdays Cancellation of reservations shall be made 3 days before check- in date. Cancellation made less than 3 days is subject to a surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. Reservation may be postponed to another date within 90 days (3 months) from the first reservation date. Postponement of dates must be made not less than 3 days before the check in date. In the event of cancellation made less than 3 days or in the event of "NO SHOW", we shall charged a one (1) night charges multiply by the number of rooms reserved. Peak & Super Peak Season - Any day on Public Holiday & Long Weekends (Great Deal Package) Cancellation of reservations shall be made 10 days before the check-in date. Cancellation made less than 10 days before the check-in date is subject to a surcharge (cancellation fees) by the Resort. Reservations may be postponed to another date within 90 days ( 3 months ) from the first reservation date. Postponement of dates must be made not less than 10 days before the check in date. In the event of cancellation made less than 10 days or in the event of “NO SHOW”, we shall charged the total number of rooms reserved multiply by the total number on nights reserved.

BREAKFAST RATES Breakfasts are served from 7.00 am to 10.30 am daily. Rate for Adults : RM28.00 nett per pax (adult) Rate for Children : RM20.00 nett per child
